What PixelOrigen processes
Image, PDF and supported media tools run locally in your browser. Your selected images, PDFs, media tracks, OCR pixels and processed outputs are not uploaded to the PixelOrigen server for processing. No account is required.
Local file and OCR storage
Selected files, generated download links and OCR results stay in the current browser editing session. For larger compatible media outputs, PixelOrigen may use temporary browser-private local storage on your device so the whole output does not need to sit in RAM. Temporary browser resources are released when you replace a file, clear a result or leave the page. Text-recognition language data may be cached by the browser so later scans load faster; document images and recognized document text are not intentionally stored there by PixelOrigen.
OCR support files
When you choose OCR or Searchable PDF, PixelOrigen may download the support files needed for text recognition. Your image, PDF page pixels and recognized document text are not sent to an OCR service. Searchable PDF output is assembled locally in browser memory and downloads directly to your device.
Feedback information
If you voluntarily submit feedback, we receive your rating, category, message, current tool and page. You may optionally provide a reply email; it is not required to submit feedback. A form-delivery provider sends the submission to the private PixelOrigen feedback inbox so we can fix problems and improve the service.
Technical and security data
The hosting platform may process basic request information such as timestamps, requested routes and IP-related security data. PixelOrigen uses limited rate controls and logs errors needed to keep the service reliable.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. The hosting provider serves website files, while the form-delivery provider receives only feedback that you voluntarily submit. The lightweight media workspace loads one exact-version, integrity-checked browser media runtime from jsDelivr when needed. Your selected media file is not sent to that runtime host.
Your choices
You can use the file tools without submitting feedback and submit feedback without giving an email address. Only provide an email if you want a reply. Do not include sensitive personal information in feedback.
